WHAT IT CAN LOOK LIKE.
Puberty is a time when your body goes through lots of changes, like growing taller, getting acne, or starting your period. These changes can sometimes make you feel embarrassed or unsure, but they’re completely normal! Everyone goes through these changes, even if it happens at different times for different people. Learning to accept and feel proud of your growing body is an important part of building confidence. Remember, these changes mean your body is doing what it’s supposed to do as you grow up.
DEALING WITH THE CHANGE.
It can be easy to compare yourself to others during puberty, especially when everyone is changing at different rates. But it’s important to remember that everyone is unique, and the way your body changes is just part of who you are. Instead of worrying about things like acne or body changes, focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself, whether it’s your talents, your personality, or your friendships. Confidence comes from understanding that you don’t have to look like everyone else to be amazing.
TAKE CARE.
Taking care of your body during puberty is a great way to feel more confident. If you’re worried about acne, periods, or other changes, talking to a parent or teacher can help you feel better and allow you to get advice on how to manage these changes.
Things like GOOD HYGIENE, exercising, and getting enough sleep can help you feel more in control. The more you take care of yourself, the more confident you’ll feel as your body grows and changes.
